Bluffton Boys & Girl Club Members Enjoy a Day on the Water with ABClub of Hilton Head

Every year, America's Boating Club of Hilton Head hosts a Day on the Water with members of the Bluffton Boys & Girls Club (BBGC). The two-part program is designed to introduce youth to boating and the beauty of low country waterways. Says, BBGC Director Molly Hornbeak, "Our kids look forward to Day on the Water every year and talk about it constantly. You have a tremendous, positive impact on their lives."

Life Jacket Program Update

Golden Corner Lakes (GCL) has a long tradition of donating life jackets to local non-profits for use in programs for families with children.

In June 2019, P/D/C Ron Osburn represented Golden Corner Lakes when GCL donated life jackets for the first time to Clemson Outdoor Lab for use in the camps they conduct during the year. Later that summer, GCL also donated life jackets to the Hartwell YMCA for use in youth swimming classes.
